Today I combined two of my favourite things to do:

Creating natural skincare products and making/editing videos.

I made a simple body polish that you can make yourself using ingredients from your own kitchen.

All you need is:

Carrier Oil – I used olive, but you can use any oil such as coconut, macadamia or almond oil

Sugar – I used raw sugar, but any granulated sugar will do. Or you can use salt if you don’t have any sugar in the house – just keep in mind it will be more abrasive, which is good for rough skin areas such as knees and elbows.

Essential oil – I used my favourite Spearmint. You can use any oil, eg lemon, orange, geranium, lavender or your favourite blend.

It’s the easiest thing in the world to make, and gorgeous on your skin!
